Lea Marantz has extensive work experience in the media industry. Lea started their career in 2005 as a Producer at TheMarker, where they were responsible for administrative and personnel tasks, as well as assigning photographs. Lea then moved on to Haaretz in 2008, where they worked as the Head Producer of the News Department, overseeing the smooth running of the News Desk and managing staff. During their time at Haaretz, they also coordinated special news projects. In 2011, Lea joined TheMarker again, this time as an Editor & Producer. In this role, they managed staff and budget, coordinated between departments, and handled the scheduling for events. Most recently, Lea worked at Haaretz Group as the Head Producer & Manager of the Video Section. In this position, they managed staff and the budget, oversaw equipment and content, and coordinated between company departments.

Lea Marantz completed their Bachelor's degree in History & Geography from Tel Aviv University, from 2005 to 2008. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the same university, from 2015 to 2016.
