Jaclyn Hogan

Jaclyn Hogan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in HR and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at MathCo, a consulting firm focused on data-driven decision-making and engineering services, Jaclyn has also been a Managing Member at Wayward Talent, a consultancy dedicated to supporting fast-growing companies in recruiting talent in key areas such as product management and marketing. Previously, Jaclyn held significant roles at Publicis Media, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, where the recruitment of senior candidates in digital marketing and operations was a primary focus. Additional experience includes roles at McDonald's, JLL, GGP, and the Professional Diversity Network. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington.
