Katta Rithesh is a Data Science Manager at MathCo, where they lead a 20-member team in modernizing data workflows and dashboard solutions. With over six years of experience in various sectors, including Lifesciences, Retail, CPG, and E-commerce, Katta has successfully managed 15+ projects from inception to completion, emphasizing client relationships and impactful analytics. Previously, they co-founded and served as CEO of ColorBook Productions, scaling a data-driven consultancy while directing multiple machine learning projects. Katta began their career as a Trainee Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma Inc. and has held key roles at ZS and MUSIGMA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PES Institute Of Technology.
