Pooja N is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as an Associate in People Experience at TheMathCompany since March 2022, Pooja handles end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRMS portal management. Previously, Pooja worked as a Junior HR Executive at Cognizant, where responsibilities included creating dashboards and high-ageing reports for team deployment.
