Sruthi Mol

Sruthi Mol is a seasoned professional in the field of information security and IT management, currently serving as the Manager of Information Security at MathCo since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sruthi held the position of Senior Officer in IT Management Cyber Security & Compliance at Toyota Kirloskar Motor from February 2023 to April 2025 and worked as a Senior Security Test Engineer at IGS from January 2022 to February 2023. Sruthi's career began in academia as an Assistant Professor at RATHINAM TECHNICAL CAMPUS, COIMBATORE, between June 2016 and September 2019. Additionally, Sruthi gained experience as an HR Manager at M Square Solution from June 2012 to May 2014. Educationally, Sruthi holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Biometrics and Cyber Security from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2015.
