Themba Hope Project is a non-profit organization run by and for volunteers. By investing in people’s potential, we are building sustainable communities. This is done by knowledge transfer, local entrepreneurship as well as aid and care when needed. 

Currently we have three main locations in the third biggest city in Zimbabwe, Gweru, where we run all projects from:
- The orphanage in Mkoba 10. This is home to 20 formerly street children and orphans. It is run purely on solar power, and our goal is to become self-sustainable. 
- Drop-in center in Gweru. More than 90 children and young adults have benefited from this center in 2024. They get a daily lunch, love and care, as well as training program and courses to encourage them to build a life outside the streets. 
- The community center in Mkoba. Together with Engineers Without Borders and Architects Without Borders we plan for a sustainable, environmental friendly and cost efficient community center. This will become the innovation hub in the local community with classrooms, workshops, offices, health care station, community garden, seedbank, recycling station, playground and more.
