Stephen Rodin

Stephen Rodin is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Medicines Company. Stephen has been with the company since October 2007, and in their current role, they lead or plays a substantial role in dozens of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and competitive sales processes. Stephen also manages all legal matters for the company, from M&A to licensing, litigation, compliance, public filings, and regulatory issues. In addition, they serve as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Stephen Rodin has a Doctor of Law from Vanderbilt University Law School and an AB in English from Georgetown University. Stephen also has certification from Harvard Law School in Executive Education: Leadership in Corporate Counsel (2014) and from The Wharton School in Wharton/Windhover Program for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Executives (2010).
