John Leonti

John Leonti is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the visual effects and animation industry. Currently serving as Creative Director at ARC Creative since February 2025, John has held titles including Executive Creative Director and Creative Director at The Mill since February 2007. At The Mill, John played a crucial role in establishing the West Coast office, growing the 3D department from four to sixty-five members, and managing client relationships to ensure high-quality creative outputs. Prior to joining The Mill, John was a VFX/3D Supervisor at Moving Picture Company from 1998 to 2007, where foundational skills in film production were developed. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration/Graphic Design from Kingston University.
