Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar has a range of work experience in the field of lighting and shading. vijay currently holds the position of Lead Lighting TD at DNEG, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, Vijay worked as a Sr. Lighting Artist at The Mill from December 2021. Before that, they were employed at Labyrinth Cinematic Solutions as a Sr. Lighting Artist from February 2019 to December 2021. vijay also worked as a Lighting and Shading Artist at KARCO from October 2017 to February 2019. Other roles include Look Dev Artist at Digitales Studios from August 2016 to December 2018 and Lighting TD at Maya Digital Studios from July 2012 to July 2016. Additionally, Vijay worked as a Lighting TD at 3d Lighting & rendering from January 2015 to January 2016.

Vijay Kumar began their education in 2008 at Ashoka Public School Srikakulam, where they completed their 10th grade with a focus on mathematics. In 2010, they enrolled at Mahatma Gandhi University Meghalaya and pursued a B.A in Animation & VFX, specializing in B.A Animation. vijay successfully completed this degree in 2012. Vijay Kumar then continued their education at MGU Meghalaya and obtained a degree in Animation and Visual FX, which they completed in 2013.
