Madis Uuemaa

Madis Uuemaa serves as the CEO of themo since December 2014, overseeing leadership, problem-solving, administration, sales, and business strategy. As a founding partner at Sarapuu Capital since December 2017, Madis focuses on investments in real estate, cleantech, and forest management. Previous experience includes serving as a track and field coach for youth at SK Raesport from September 2010 to September 2016 and assisting management at Uue Peedu Noortelaager from May 2011 to September 2014. Madis also worked as an assistant at ABURGUS from September 2011 to April 2012. Academically, Madis Uuemaa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Power Engineering, a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in the same field, all from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, alongside a high school education from Tallinn Secondary Science School.
