Ali Faisal is the Chief Butler at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas in Nusa Dua, Bali. Previously, they served as Chief Butler at The St. Regis Langkawi and held the position of Assistant Head Butler at The St. Regis Bali. Ali has also worked as an Executive Butler at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai. Ali is currently pursuing studies in Food and Beverage at the Institute of Tourism Bali and earning a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management at STIMI Handayani Denpasar.
