TheNex is a Business Transformation and Technology consultancy headquartered in San Diego, CA — certified Odoo ERP partner, Oracle Cloud & EBS implementation specialist, and strategic advisor to startups, SMBs, and enterprises navigating complex operational change.
•	Business Transformation & Strategy: We help organizations close the gap between strategy and execution. Every engagement starts with a clear-eyed look at your business architecture — operating model design, process redesign, organizational structure, and fit-gap analysis — before a single system is configured. We define success in measurable terms upfront and hold ourselves accountable to those outcomes.
•	ERP Implementation, Upgrades & Migration: As a certified Odoo Ready Partner, we deliver end-to-end Odoo implementations across CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting, and more — including AI Powered custom module development, migrations from legacy systems, upgrades to new versions, and ongoing support. For Oracle, our consultants deliver full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle EBS implementations across ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM — covering business architecture, functional configuration, RICEW technical development, UAT, and go-live support. Our consultants lead implementations; they don't just support them.
•	AI-Powered Business Process Optimization: We build and deploy proprietary AI platforms alongside client engagements — including a Capacity Intelligence Platform for real-time production and supplier visibility, and an Intelligent Procurement & Decision Engine that integrates supply chain data, vendor capacity, and historical context to eliminate procurement friction.
•	Custom Technology Development From System Architecture and Integration design to custom application development, we build technology that fits how your business actually operates. This includes M&A Systems Integration, B2B Digital Twin frameworks, ERP-to-ERP migrations
