Thibaut Geron

Thibaut Geron has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Owner at Theodo, where they help build tailored software solutions for clients. Prior to this, they co-founded a company called Hospy. Thibaut also worked as a Consultant Innovation Numérique and Consultant Project Manager at Polyconseil. Thibaut gained experience in corporate strategy as a Corporate Strategy Analyst at iBanFirst. Thibaut also holds experience in business analysis and report editing from their time at M. Thibaut worked as a Junior Consultant at Generali and as a Mathematics Instructor at Complétude. Additionally, Thibaut has engaged in various short-term roles, such as shadowing at CANAL+ and collaborating operationally at Association LE ROCHER Oasis des Cités.

Thibaut Geron began their education in 2013 at Cité scolaire internationale de Lyon, where they earned a Baccalaureat Anglophone OIB, specializing in Baccalauréat en lycée d'enseignement général. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Ipesup, where they pursued CPGE (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles) in the field of ECS. Thibaut then enrolled at ESSEC Business School in 2017 and completed their MSc in Management in 2022.

During their time at ESSEC Business School, Thibaut also engaged in specialized programs and tracks. In 2020, they participated in the Global Manager in Africa program at ESSEC Africa, focusing on Management and Strategy in Africa. Additionally, they undertook the Food Business Challenge Track at ESSEC Business School, which centered around the Food and Beverage Industry.

Thibaut Geron obtained the 970/990 TOEIC Listening and Reading certification from The TOEIC® Program in May 2018.
