theoldschool is a full-service unscripted content studio committed to creating and producing entertainment formats for premium platforms and networks around the world.

Established in 2018 we have already established an impressive track record of creating and delivering high quality returning series that appeal to big broad audiences. In that short space of time we have also been fortunate enough to collect a DGA Award and multiple Emmy’s along the way.

Centered in LA, with production hubs in NYC and London, we are a fully independent entertainment force. Our creative principals are Robin Ashbrook and Yasmin Shackleton but at theoldschool every member of our production team is top of the class.
