PE-Backed Operators have a unique set of quandaries, questions, challenges and concerns. They deserve a safe space to collaborate, answer questions, brainstorm, vet ideas, share resources and network with one another.

TheOperators.pe is an online Q&A community; and we also offer Virtual Events for learning, answering questions and networking. Our live event, the InterPEG Summit, is defined for Operators whose PEGs do not host C-level Summits.

We host Strategic Growth Council, the only peer advisory council dedicated to PE-backed Executives.
