Ashley Rawlins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, providing skilled pelvic health physical services and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. They were also involved in developing an education curriculum for a Doctor of Physical Therapy Student elective course.

From 2018 to 2021, Ashley Rawlins founded and owned Inspire Pelvic Health, LLC, a healthcare startup that focused on increasing accessibility to prenatal and postpartum pelvic physical therapy services.
