Prior to their current role, Madison worked as an Engineering Technical Recruiter, collaborating with sales and hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent in the Engineering field for fortune 500 companies. During their time as an Information Technology Recruiter / Marketing Intern at Theoris Services, Madison developed marketing strategies, analyzed website data, and sourced candidates through CRM databases. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics from Eastern Illinois University.
