ThePoultryDoc is a veterinary telehealth platform built specifically for poultry owners. More than 13 million Americans raise backyard chickens, ducks, and other poultry, yet most veterinarians do not treat birds. When flocks get sick, owners are often left relying on guesswork, social media advice, or ineffective home remedies.

We built a better solution. ThePoultryDoc connects poultry owners directly with licensed veterinarians who specialize in avian and poultry health. Through our platform, members can access veterinary consultations, AI-powered symptom assessment and triage, diagnostic lab services, pharmacy fulfillment, and a growing library of expert-created educational content.

Our subscription tiers support everyone from backyard hobbyists with a few hens to commercial producers managing thousands of birds. We also partner with veterinary clinics, enabling them to add poultry services to their practice without hiring specialized staff.

The platform is powered by a proprietary AI layer trained on poultry health data, helping owners identify issues earlier and giving veterinarians the context they need to deliver faster, higher-quality care remotely.

ThePoultryDoc was founded by a poultry scientist and a technical builder who recognized the widening gap between the explosive growth of poultry ownership and the lack of accessible veterinary care. Our mission is to bring professional poultry health resources to every flock owner, regardless of scale.
