Thera Performance Lab is a cash-pay performance recovery center located in Lake Orion, Michigan.

We don't treat where it hurts. We hunt what's causing it.

Unlike traditional physical therapy constrained by insurance protocols, we assess your entire kinetic chain to find the root cause of pain, tightness, mobility restrictions, and performance limitations. Our Complete Kinetic Chain Assessment ($99 | 60 minutes) maps how your entire body moves together and identifies what's creating the problem.

From there, we build a personalized recovery and performance optimization plan tailored to your goals—whether that's returning to sport, maintaining active lifestyle, or reaching peak performance.

WHO WE HELP:
- Olympic and elite athletes
- Serious weekend warriors
- Active professionals who refuse to slow down
- Anyone seeking performance optimization, not just pain management

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Complete Kinetic Chain Assessment ($99)
- Performance-based treatment protocols
- Movement restoration and optimization
- RX2600 robotic therapy
- Advanced recovery technology

OUR APPROACH:
We apply four principles to every client:
01 HUNT — Find the root cause
02 RESTORE — Release restrictions and restore mobility
03 REBUILD — Strengthen weak links and correct movement patterns
04 PROTECT — Maintain gains and optimize performance

No referral needed. No insurance limitations. Just results.

THERA derives from ancient Greek θήρα, meaning "the hunt."

Because you're not done yet.
