Jane Frame

Jane Frame is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Thera Trust since October 2024, Jane contributes to supporting individuals with learning disabilities across the UK. Previously, Jane held the position of Director of Strategy Fundraising & Marcomms at Saint Francis Hospice for nearly nineteen years, where significant growth and development initiatives were undertaken. With experience in various leadership roles, including Non Executive Director at the Change Project, Committee Chair, and Non Executive Director at the Hospice Income Generation Network, and Fundraising Manager at the British Leprosy Relief Association, Jane has a proven track record in driving organizational success and enhancing community impact. Educational credentials include an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School and a PG Dip in Direct and Digital Marketing from King's College London.
