Mareiko Au, MA, BCBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with extensive leadership experience across various roles. As Co-Founder of TheraDriver since May 2023, Mareiko has previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Early Autism Services, where responsibilities included expanding service locations, developing operational protocols, and enhancing staff training programs. With a strong background in staff development and operations from positions at Comprehensive Early Autism Services, along with experience in behavioral consulting and education, Mareiko has a proven track record in improving organizational efficiency and supporting the growth of clinical teams. Mareiko holds a Master's degree in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The National University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
