Swiss-engineered cold plunge systems, made in Europe and built for daily use.
Cold water immersion works. We have seen it in our own routines and in the research. What it does not need is the hype that now surrounds it, which is exactly the gap we set out to fill: better engineering, and more honesty about what the cold can and cannot do.

Theralpine was built by two brothers. It started on a weekend in the Swiss mountains, with a dare to last three minutes in a freezing mountain lake. The cold left a mark, but so did the frustration that followed: most ice baths on the market were poorly insulated, awkward to live with, and not built to last.

So they built the alternative. Our Rhone plunge keeps water cold for days, not hours, and fits through a standard doorway, so it belongs in a real home and not only a dedicated gym. Paired with our chillers it holds your temperature precisely, and the Chiller Pro keeps the water clean on its own with app-controlled ozone purification. You lift the lid, step in, step out. The system does the hard part.
