Founded by Alex Howard and Anna Duschinsky, and developed at the world leading Optimum Health Clinic, it integrates key elements of a psychotherapeutic approach with a solution-based coaching methodology.

Open to everyone, from career changers to experienced clinicians, the program is built on three pillars: self-development, skills development, and clinical development. It provides a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach with practical tools and supervised practice.

Accredited by the ICF, BIH, and EFT International, the program offers flexible online learning, live training, and in-person intensives. Whether for personal growth or professional practice, it equips you with the confidence and skills to create lasting change.
