Therapeutic Coaching Consultancy (TCC) is a collective of experts who specialise in facilitating high performance and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
TCC’s therapeutic coaching approach combines the solutions-focused structure and energy of executive coaching with the healing empowerment of psychotherapy. Created in response to a recognised need within businesses and communities for support that both enhances individual mental health and resilience and also facilitates the achievement of personal and professional goals, TCC enables individuals and teams to flourish and thrive.

Founded by accredited dual-practitioners, TCC has the empathy and psychological insight to meet people where they are, and the practical strategies, tools, and techniques to propel organisations to where they want to be. The clinical experience of the TCC team is bolstered by prior corporate experience of senior leadership roles, enabling our associates to offer a unique combination of evidence-based services for individuals, groups and teams.

TCC enables people to achieve deep insight and understanding about themselves and their challenges, facilitating tangible changes in thinking and behaviour, and resulting in enhanced resilience and performance that is energising and sustainable.

The TCC Mission:

TCC believes everyone has the potential to thrive, and deserves the opportunity to do so. TCC’s mission is to deliver therapeutic coaching to a wide audience of individuals and teams at an accessible price point, delivering maximum ROI for organisations.

While executive coaching mostly remains the privilege of the most highly paid and successful in society and the workplace, and therapy still suffers from the stigma as being only for those experiencing significant mental health distress, therapeutic coaching has the potential to overcome unhelpful societal stereotypes and provide widespread, professional, and ethical wellbeing support for individuals and groups.
