Carrie Vant

Carrie Vant has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Carrie currently works as a Senior Frontend Developer at TherapyNotes, LLC since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton as a Senior Front-End Developer from December 2015 to September 2022, where they gathered customer requirements, provided leadership to a UI team, and developed new features for a web application using JS, AJAX, HTML, jQuery, CSS, and Java. Before Eaton, Carrie worked at Data Recognition Corporation as a Senior Software Developer from May 2014 to December 2015, where they converted existing .NET desktop applications into a single web application and implemented a distributed scoring environment. Carrie also worked at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities as a Senior Java Developer from December 2010 to May 2014, where they added new functionality and enhanced the GUI for student-facing and administrative web applications. Additionally, they worked at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services from June 2004 to December 2010 as a Software Engineer, where they coded new web and desktop applications using .NET and Java. Carrie also worked as an Associate Software Engineer from March 2003 to June 2004, and as an Associate Business Analyst from March 2000 to March 2003 at the same company. At Wolters Kluwer, they developed test cases, automated regression test suites, and tested desktop applications and service components. Lastly, Carrie worked as a Quality Administrative Assistant at Cold Spring Granite Company from February 1997 to March 2000.

Carrie Vant obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University between the years 1996 and 2001.
