David Stillerman

David Stillerman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare and data privacy. Currently serving as Healthcare & Data Privacy Counsel at TherapyNotes, LLC since September 2022, David previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at ECU Health for two decades, from 2002 to 2022. Prior to that, David was a partner at Stillerman Law Office, PA from 1994 to 2002. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida.
