Portia Addai has over 8 years of work experience in Quality Assurance. In 2021, they began working as a Snr QA Engineer at TherapyNotes, LLC. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a QA Engineer III at Reed Tech, where they started the Automation framework for Patent Advisor and increased Coverage of Automated test case in Selenium webdriver with C# to about 20% in the first year. Portia also worked with an outsourced development team to bring the best analytical software tool for Patent Attorneys and trained colleagues to automate in order to contribute to the project. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a QA Engineer at SevOne, where they automated test cases using Java programming language with Selenium Webdriver and TestNG Framework, created XML files to run tests in a suite, and created Maven Project in Eclipse and used Git as a source Code Repository. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at TD Bank, where they worked on projects like ATM Receipt balance, Fast Cash on Pin entry, ATM Immediate Cash availability, and FIS applications such as relationship management (RM), Combined Statement (SC), Safe Box, Card reference application (RF), Midwest point application aka Metavante (MA) as well as Inter-Transfer application (IT). Portia Addai is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Penn State World Campus. Portia previously obtained an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the Community College of Philadelphia. Portia also holds a Registered Midwife certification from Holy Family Nursing and Midwifery Training college. In addition, they have obtained a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB\u00ae - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in January 2020 and is proficient in Networking and System administration administration.
