Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith has a strong background in credentialing and compliance. Melissa started their career at Medstaff in 2004 as a Quality Processor and was later promoted to Quality Assurance. In this role, they ensured that nurses met all compliance requirements. Melissa then joined Staffing Plus in 2008 as a Compliance Rep in Human Resources, where they handled credentials for independent contractors and ensured they met state requirements. In 2011, they joined Therapy Source, Inc. as a Credentialing Specialist, where they built a credentialing department and supported the sales team in compliance. Melissa was later promoted to Credentialing Manager, responsible for the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
