Isabel Aranda

Isabel Aranda, PhD has a long and impressive work experience. In 2022, they began working as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for TherapyChat. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Vocal de la Junta Directiva de la División de PTRHO for the Consejo General de la Psicología de España. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Vocal de la Junta Directiva for the Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Directora del Master RRHH for the Centro de Estudios Universitarios Cardenal Cisneros (Universidad Complutense). From 2008 to 2016, they were an Executive Coach. From 1985 to 2008, they were a Profesora de Postgrado in Escuelas de Negocio, Universidades. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Coordinadora Grupo de Psicología Coaching for the Grupo de Psicología Coaching del Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Formadora, Supervisora, Psicóloga-Coach, and Mentora de Coaches for Programas de Coaching. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Vocal de la Junta Directiva de la Sección de Psicología, Organizaciones y RRHH and Mentor de la Sección de PTRHO del COPM for the Colegio Oficial de Psicologos de Madrid. Finally, from 2010 to 2011, they were a Profesora/Conferenciante for ESIC Executive Education.

Isabel Aranda, PhD has a long and varied education history. Isabel obtained a Doctorate in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master in Creation and Management of Companies from EOI. Isabel also attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they completed the Transforming Business, Society and Self, Theory U - Otto Scharmer - ULab program from 2014 to 2015. In 2009, they obtained an Executive Coach certification from EEC, and in 2011, they completed the Competencias Avanzadas de Coaching program from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. In addition to their formal education, Isabel Aranda, PhD has obtained several certifications, including Europsy in Psicología del Trabajo, Psicóloga Experta en Coaching, Acreditación Profesional, and Psicóloga Habilitada para el Ejercicio de Actividades Sanitarias.
