Leah Nottingham is the Director of People Operations at Therapydia, where Leah has successfully overseen the growth of the organization from 2 employees to over 120 employees across multiple locations. With a background in accounting and business management, Leah has optimized employee training programs and implemented efficient people operations programs to meet strategic goals and business objectives. Prior to Therapydia, Leah held positions as a Senior Accountant at Federated Media Publishing, Inc., Accounting Manager at Foodbuzz, Business Manager at Thinknicity, and Office/Operations Manager at First Step Computer Consulting. Leah holds a BA in Human BioDynamics with a focus on Financial Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
