Lisa Souther

Lisa Souther has extensive experience in recruiting and staffing. Lisa began their career in 2011 as a Staffing Consultant at Apple One Employment Services, where they managed full recruiting lifecycle processes. In 2012, they joined Nelson Staffing as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiter, where they developed and conducted effective recruitment strategies and wrote job descriptions. In 2020, they moved to Doctor On Demand as a Recruiter and is currently Director of Recruiting at Therapydia since 2021.

Lisa Souther obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
