Molly McCarthy is a Registered Behavior Technician at TherapyWorks since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Laboratory Manager, Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Underwood Summer Research Fellow at Northwestern University from September 2022 to July 2025. Molly has also worked as a Research Assistant at The Family Institute at Northwestern University from June 2023 to August 2024, contributing to both the Queer BIPOC Needs Lab and the Moore Organization for Obesity Research and Education Lab. Additionally, an internship was completed at The Body Positive from May 2022 to June 2023. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University, with prior completion of a High School Diploma from Phillips Academy in June 2021.
