Therasize helps therapists and clients stay connected inside and between sessions.

Built for the practical work of therapy, Therasize gives clinicians and clients one shared space for therapy tools, homework, worksheets, goals, resources, media, notes, and progress.

For clients, it acts like a personal mental health workbook and logbook: a place to complete therapy homework, track what they are working on, access resources from their therapist, reflect between sessions, and build a clearer record of their progress.

For therapists, Therasize makes it easier to assign existing tools, create their own resources, track client progress, and use the tool marketplace to discover therapy resources built by other professionals.

Instead of relying on scattered PDFs, emailed worksheets, disconnected apps, and unclear between-session workflows, Therasize brings therapy delivery into one structured clinical workspace.

Built from lived patient experience and developed in collaboration with psychologists, therapists, and researchers, Therasize is designed to make therapy more structured for clinicians and more accessible, engaging, and practical for clients.
