TheraYouth is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to help children from disadvantaged families overcome physical and developmental barriers through outpatient therapy, creating healthier futures.

TheraYouth serves families unable to afford occupational, physical and speech therapy and those not covered by government safety nets. We treat sensory processing for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, proprioceptive and auditory issues, articulation, dysarthria, stuttering disorders, injury recovery, postural control, coordination, motor skills and body awareness.

TheraYouth was founded in 2021 by Irina Marcoff, a practicing doctor of physical therapy with decades of experience treating low-income school children in New York City. We positively impact pediatric health by addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, ensuring affordable and equitable access to services.
