Jon Guerster

Jon Guerster is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in sustainable and efficient technologies. Currently serving as a Partner at Activate Capital, Jon focuses on growth stage investments aimed at transforming the global economy towards sustainability. Other current roles include Operating Partner and Board Member at Tomorrow.io, Board Observer at Omnidian, and Board Member at HOMEE, Inc. Additionally, Jon is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Therm Solutions and serves as an Advisor at non sibi ventures, supporting underrepresented founders. Previously, Jon held prominent positions as CEO at Dalkia Energy Solutions and Groom Energy Solutions, both of which emphasized building efficiency. Earlier in Jon's career, leadership as General Partner at CRV and co-founding Digital Lumens positioned Jon as a notable figure in venture capital and clean technology sectors. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
