Lloyd Watts

Lloyd Watts has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lloyd is currently working as a Consultant at Therma°. Previously, they founded and served as the CEO of Neocortix, Inc., a shared-economy Cloud Services company. At Audience, they were the Founder and Chief Scientist, and later served as Chairman and CEO. Lloyd Watts also worked as a Project Leader at Interval Research Corporation, an Engineer at Arithmos Corporation, Synaptics, and Microtel Pacific Research.

Lloyd Watts completed their high school education at Loyalist Collegiate and Vocational Institute from 1975 to 1980. Lloyd then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics at Queen's University, graduating in 1984. Following this, they went on to Simon Fraser University where they obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 1987 to 1989. Finally, their education journey led him to Caltech, where they earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering between 1989 and 1992.
