Rick Mackay has extensive experience in quality management and sales within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Thermal Structures Inc. since June 2002, Mackay has also held the positions of Director of Program Management, Aerospace Sales Manager, and Director of Quality at the same company. Prior to this, Mackay worked at Hoosier Inc. as Director of Quality from March 1994 to June 2002 and spent over 13 years at Northrop Grumman as Sr. Manager of Quality for R&D and Flight Test Support from February 1981 to March 1994.
