Jonathan Ward

Jonathan Ward, CPA, CA, is a senior finance executive with two decades of experience in private equity and various industries, including construction, logistics, and energy services. Currently serving as CFO at Dec-Tec and Thermal Systems since 2018, Jonathan is also the President of Soderglen Consulting and an Executive Liaison at Stepron Technologies. Previously, Jonathan held CFO and VP Finance roles at Ferus Group, where Jonathan significantly contributed to business expansion and financial strategy. Jonathan earned a B.Comm. with a 4.0 GPA from Mount Allison University and is a Certified Financial Planner.
