Ryan Schroer

Ryan Schroer is a Mechanical Design Engineer at ThermalTech Engineering since January 2022, with prior experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Eastman from July 2018 to January 2022. In this role, Ryan provided mechanical engineering support for Eastman's resin manufacturing plant and participated in various capital project initiatives, process improvement projects, and operational challenges. Ryan's experience includes involvement in pilot plant operations, project design for chemical processes, and work within the Worldwide Engineering & Construction sector at Eastman, focusing on acid concentration and specialty plastics. Ryan's co-op positions at Eastman Chemical Company provided hands-on experience in process and plant engineering, where responsibilities included stress analysis of piping systems and HVAC design. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2018, and graduated from Loveland High School in 2013.
