I help organisations navigate change, create structure, and connect business with technology.

With a background spanning software development, infrastructure, operations and governance, I’ve led departments, projects and entire IT organisations through transitions, audits and transformations. I thrive in complex settings – whether the need is interim leadership, strategic alignment, or bridging development and operations.

I bring a calm, structured approach and a collaborative mindset – working across teams, domains and cultures to turn complexity into clarity and momentum.

At Thermann Consult, I support companies with:
• IT leadership and strategic direction
• Project and program management – from initiation to delivery
• Governance, compliance and audit preparation
• Transformation projects and transition management
• Operational stability and Dev/Ops integration
• Vendor and service management

I’m based in Copenhagen and available for freelance work – on-site, hybrid or remote.
