Patrick Weidl

Patrick Weidl has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Patrick began their career in the U.S. Army as a Medical Specialist, where they provided emergency medical treatment to battlefield casualties and played a crucial role in outpatient and inpatient care. Patrick was honorably discharged and received the Distinguished Service Medal.

After leaving the military, Patrick worked as an Operations Manager at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, where they oversaw the spa's operations, managed finances, and advocated for facility enhancements.

Patrick then joined PIRCH Kitchen, Bath & Outdoor Showroom as an Assistant Showroom Director. In this role, they led the sales team, mentored and trained staff, and managed day-to-day operations.

Patrick later became a Regional Sales Director at LACAVA, where they focused on relationship building, showroom management, and developing targeted sales strategies.

Currently, they hold the position of Director, Business Development at ThermaSol. In this role, they oversee sales, marketing, and customer relationship efforts, providing strategic insights and leading innovative product development concepts.

Patrick Weidl has studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Patrick has also attended St. John's Northwestern Academies.
