Hitendra Gupta

Hitendra Gupta has over 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Materials Management, and Sustainability. Currently a Senior Manager at Thermax Ltd., they oversee initiatives in Operational Excellence and Sustainability while managing improvement projects across multiple strategic business units. Hitendra is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Sustainability Assessor, with expertise in Lean implementation, Supply Chain Management, and materials functions. They hold a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and are pursuing a PGDBA in Operations and Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
