Nitin Adya

Nitin Adya is a Systems, QA, and Business Excellence professional with a strong focus on PDCA cycle analysis for business processes. Since 2016, they have served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Thermax Limited, following a consultancy role where they aligned organizational SOPs with business goals from 2014 to 2016. Nitin held previous positions as Head of Quality Assurance at both Premium Transmission Ltd and Elecon Engineering Co Ltd, implementing management control systems to achieve delivery and quality objectives. They hold a Master of Science in Quality Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an MBA in Marketing with First Class Distinction from DRK's College of Commerce.
