Shashikant Wable

Shashikant Wable is an experienced mechanical design engineer currently serving as Manager and Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Thermax Limited's Green Hydrogen New Energy Division since November 2024. Shashikant has previously held managerial and engineering positions at Praj Industries, L&T Heavy Engineering, and Thermax India Ltd, accumulating significant expertise in mechanical design and engineering over a career that spans more than a decade. Shashikant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, earned between 2006 and 2010, and is dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions.
