Thermaxa delivers affordable clean heat for German industry and district-heating operators. We focus on high-temperature needs where electrification is slow, too expensive or grid-constrained.

Problem
Industry and district heating needs to decarbonize now, but electric solutions are expensive and require multi-year waiting times because grids are overloaded.

Solution
Secure, affordable, grid-independent clean heat as a service. We develop, finance, build, and operate modular heat plants with thermal storage and deliver contracted heat up to 400 °C. Customers get guaranteed output and availability under long-term offtake, without grid lead-time, capex burden, or retrofit disruption.

Why it works
• Secure: local on-site supply with storage and proven components
• Clean: zero-carbon heat and steam
• Affordable: competitive €/MWh vs gas + CO₂, with fixed-price options
• Fast: helps DH networks reach 30% decarbonization targets by 2030, industry avoids rising carbon tax and gas/power price volatility and uncertainty
• Drop-in: simple interface to existing heat/steam systems

What we offer
• Heat-as-a-Service (no capex for customer)
• 120-140 °C feed-in for DH networks (Fernwärme), avoids expensive network / building upgrades
• 100-400 °C high-temperature process heat for chemicals, paper, food & other industries (Industriewärme)
• Built-in compliance: we supply MRV-ready data for GO clean heat certificates, and offer registry & trading services for clients
