Miles Prather

Miles Prather has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Miles'smost recent position is as a Project Manager 1 at Thermo Systems, a role they started in March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Project Management Student at Allegiant Giving from November 2022 to March 2023.

Miles also has extensive experience in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles. Miles served as an assistant flight chief from January 2017 to March 2023. Miles also worked as a Physical Security, NCOIC from April 2021 to November 2021, a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge Standardization and Evaluation from May 2019 to February 2020, and a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge Visitor Center from November 2018 to May 2019.

Miles started their career in the Air Force as an Electronic Security Systems Technician in September 2009 and worked in that role until May 2011. Prior to that, Miles was a Base Defense Operations Center Controller from October 2008 to September 2009, a Security Response Team Leader from May 2008 to October 2008, and attended the Student Security Forces Tech School from November 2007 to April 2008.

Miles Prather obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 2007 to 2017. Miles then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at the University of Arkansas Grantham from 2015 to 2017. Miles continued their education at the same university, earning another Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, they enrolled in the University of Arkansas Grantham once again, this time to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Project Management, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Miles Prather has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills.
