Bency Thomas

Bency Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bency currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Sourcing at Thermon, Inc., where they are responsible for developing and implementing a global vision and strategy for the Sourcing organization. Prior to this, Bency worked at Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they held various roles such as Executive Leader, Supply Chain Business Transformation, Executive Sourcing Leader, Director of Strategic Sourcing, Director of Materials Management, Process Management and Lean Six Sigma Leader, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Bency also worked at GE Power, where they held roles such as Sourcing Fulfillment Leader, Commercial Manager, Sourcing Manager, Global Commodity Leader, Strategic Sourcing Leader, Commodity Leader, Black Belt (Six Sigma), and Sourcing Quality Engineer. Bency also has prior experience as a Cooperative Education Student at GE Power. Bency Thomas holds an MBA degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, with a focus on Finance and Global Management. Prior to that, they obtained an MS degree in Industrial Administration from Union College. Bency Thomas also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, from The City College of New York.
