Derek Jacobs

Derek Jacobs is a seasoned professional in business development and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Business Development at Thermon since May 2014, following a role as Product Specialist/Technical Support for Tubing Products. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Research Engineer at Thermon Manufacturing from June 2005 to May 2014, where contributions included mechanical design and leading project development teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi from January 2003 to May 2005. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi between 2002 and 2005.
