Simon Chang

Simon Chang has over a decade of work experience in the engineering field. Simon is currently the Director of THS Engineering at Thermon, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this, Simon held various roles at Thermon Heating Systems, including Manager of Engineered Products from June 2019 to December 2020, and Engineering Manager from November 2017 to May 2019. Before joining Thermon Heating Systems, Simon worked at CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. as the Engineering Manager from November 2014 to November 2017, Mechanical Design Lead from April 2012 to November 2014, and FEA Analyst from January 2011 to March 2012. Simon started their career at Cimmaster Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer from July 2009 to December 2010.
