Pascal Schweizer is the Co-Founder & CEO & CFO at Thermosome. Pascal has also worked as a Summer Intern at McKinsey & Company in August 2003 and at Merrill Lynch Inc. in June 2003. Pascal is also a Business Angel & Advisor at Schweizer beteiligungsconsult GmbH and has been self-employed at benesys and Schweizer Elsner Computer- & Netzwerkservice.

Pascal Schweizer has a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Technische Universität Berlin, a Master's in Business Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and was an exchange student at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Pascal also attended Harvard Business School for LEAD Executive Training.
